This trick is divided into 2 parts, if first one is not working on your smartphone then try second one. Now try first one in your smartphone. 

Procedure for Getting Free Internet:

Download Troid Vpn from play store and then install it.
Now select any free servers from Troid VPN 
You can set port as Rport: 443 
Lport: 0 
Now go to advance settings. 
Make damn sure that you enabled “Use Proxy for TCP Connection”. 
Then enter these given settings at its right place. 
Proxy Host: 188.138.61.118 or 178.254.13.112 Port: 3128 Host: 180.179.207.111/@ That’s all you have to done now click on “save button” now try to connect your Troid VPN
